Join a dynamic mid-tier accountancy practice in London's West End as a Private Client Tax Manager. You'll manage a diverse portfolio of approximately 100 high-net-worth and owner-managed business clients, providing expert tax advice and strategic guidance. Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of approximately 100 predominantly high-net-worth and owner-managed business clients
- Provide expert, timely and comprehensive tax advice to clients through face-to-face meetings, phone and email communication
- Build and maintain strong client relationships while ensuring all deadlines and expectations are met
- Delegate and supervise junior staff, providing training, feedback and oversight of their work
- Develop proactive and innovative solutions to clients' taxation requirements, both compliance and advisory
- Attend new business meetings and assist with new client proposals
- Manage work in progress, billing and recoverability for your portfolio
- Regularly update partners on client issues and manage their input appropriately
Requirements
- ✓CTA qualified or equivalent professional tax qualification
- ✓Proven experience managing a portfolio of private client or high-net-worth clients
- ✓Experience reviewing and supervising the work of junior staff
- ✓Demonstrated ability to manage projects to deliver quality outcomes on time and within budget
- ✓Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to explain technical information clearly to clients
