About This Role
A leading law firm is seeking a Partnership Tax Senior Manager to join their specialist team. You will advise on complex partnership structures, LLP tax affairs, and profit allocation for some of the UK's largest professional services firms.

Key Responsibilities
- Advise on partnership tax compliance and planning
- Lead on LLP structuring and profit allocation reviews
- Manage relationships with key partnership clients
- Support HMRC enquiries and dispute resolution
- Mentor and develop junior team members
Requirements
Essential
- ✓CTA qualified
- ✓5+ years experience in partnership tax
- ✓Deep knowledge of partnership tax legislation
- ✓Experience advising professional services partnerships
Desirable
- ○Law firm experience
- ○International partnership structures experience
- ○HMRC enquiry experience
