An exciting opportunity within one of the Big 4's market-leading transaction tax teams. You will work on high-profile M&A transactions across a range of sectors, providing tax due diligence and structuring advice.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead tax due diligence workstreams on M&A transactions
- Advise on deal structuring and tax-efficient acquisition planning
- Prepare and review tax sections of transaction reports
- Manage junior staff on engagement delivery
- Support business development with key PE and corporate clients
Requirements
Essential
- ✓CTA qualified
- ✓3+ years experience in M&A or transaction tax
- ✓Experience with tax due diligence
- ✓Strong understanding of UK corporate tax
Desirable
- ○Private equity deal experience
- ○Financial modelling skills
- ○Cross-border transaction experience
