About This Role
A top-15 accountancy firm is looking for an Employment Tax Manager to join their specialist employment tax and reward team.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise clients on employment tax compliance and planning, including IR35 and off-payroll working
- Design and implement share incentive plans and EMI schemes
- Support global mobility assignments and cross-border employment tax issues
- Prepare PAYE settlement agreements and annual share scheme returns
- Manage junior staff and contribute to team development
Requirements
- ✓CTA or ATT qualified
- ✓3+ years experience in employment tax or share schemes
- ✓Understanding of IR35 legislation and off-payroll rules
- ✓Experience with share incentive arrangements
